FLOWLEAD DIGITAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FlowLead Digital handles information submitted through our meeting-booking pages, contact forms and related communications.
Information we collect
When you book a meeting, we may collect your first and last name, company name, phone number, email address, meeting notes, selected meeting method, chosen time zone and meeting date and time. Our website and service providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the service.
How we use information
We use booking information to schedule and manage meetings, send confirmations and reminders, communicate about the requested meeting, maintain business records, improve our services and protect the booking system from misuse.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected hosting, email, calendar, video-meeting, phone and customer-management providers to operate the booking process. They receive only the information needed to perform their services for us.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the meeting, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues and protect the service. Information may then be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we reasonably need to retain. You may also cancel a meeting using the meeting-management link included in your confirmation email.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect booking information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid placing highly sensitive information in the meeting-notes field.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and providers change. The latest version will remain available on this page with its effective date.
